Choose a landmark to discover its keys
01 The connected ecosystem
Connect what you know. Multiply what you can do.
The podcast was my awakening. It showed me how much value I already had—and how much depended on me joining the pieces. The book, my I and We brands, AI, connected tools and simpler systems became parts of a much bigger story.

Possibilities, not a to-do list. We start with your priorities.
02 The pile
I built a portfolio. It behaved like a pile.
I had talks, consultancy knowledge, a book, a podcast, websites, designs and ideas. Each had value. But the context lived in different places, and I was the one explaining, copying and carrying it between them.

03 Simplify the work
Fewer hand-offs. More headspace.
Every separate login, repeated brief, copied detail and manual hand-off adds friction. I wanted a simpler way to turn an idea into something working.

04 Customers and offers
Different customers. Relevant doors.
A speaking booker wants to understand Joanne Lockwood. A consultancy buyer wants to understand SEE Change Happen. A reader comes to the book; a listener comes to Inclusion Bites. Each deserves a relevant way into the same body of expertise.

05 The I and We brand
One reputation. Connected identities.
I am Joanne Lockwood: speaker, author and a person with a point of view. We are SEE Change Happen: a business with an offer and a way of working. The book and podcast add depth, while shared values hold the ecosystem together.

06 Connected tools & MCP
Keep the context. Connect the work.
Canva, Castmagic, Fathom and GitHub hold different parts of the work: design, recorded content, meetings and development. Bringing the right tools into the AI conversation makes connections part of how I work.

07 The book & shared knowledge
Do it once. Make it useful many times.
99 Ways Not to Be a Dick has its own purpose, voice and audience. Podcast contributions were one source for it. My talks, writing, consultancy and experience also belong to a body of thinking that can take more than one useful form.

08 Automation workshop
Less assembling. More getting done.
AI helps me move between business thinking, writing, design and development. I shape an idea, direct changes, inspect the result and decide what comes next. Automation carries repeatable work between those decisions.

09 Your digital foundations
Useful destinations. Connected foundations.
The book, speaking brand, consultancy and podcast need useful homes people can find and use. GitHub, Cloudflare and CDN delivery are part of the wider story behind those experiences.

10 10x thinking & evidence
Think 10x. Measure the difference.
10x thinking asks what becomes possible when one piece of effort serves several useful purposes. A book chapter, meeting or idea can contribute to more work without asking me to begin again every time.

11 Tools your customers can use
Make your expertise part of the experience.
The next step is making expertise usable: a book people can read, a resource they can apply, or a branded tool that helps them understand their situation. AI and automation expand what I can create around that knowledge.

12 Work with Joanne
Bring the possibility. Let’s make it work.
Bring me a problem, an ambition or work you are tired of carrying between systems. In a 30-minute conversation we can map your pieces, find the golden thread and see whether I can help. You set the pace.
I’m Joanne Lockwood. I put AI and automation to work for SMEs and organisations—connecting your brand, knowledge and systems so useful ideas become working tools and repeated work becomes easier to manage.
Where does your business recognise itself?
Perhaps customers only know one part of what you offer. Perhaps your team keeps moving the same information by hand. Perhaps you have plenty of reports but no clear direction. I work with SMEs and organisations to connect their personal or organisational brand, customer experience and everyday delivery around the improvement that matters.
I explain it. Connect it. Build it with you.
I use business analysis, integration, technology and automation to turn your needs into something practical. I’m a critical friend as well as someone who builds. I help you examine the possibilities, challenge what needs challenging and turn an agreed direction into something that works. That can mean AI, connecting existing systems, simplifying a process or building a useful tool. I’m also your translator, explainer and enabler: turning business needs into workable solutions, making the choices understandable and helping your people use what we build with confidence. Marketing and commercial understanding keep the work focused on your brand, customers and outcomes.
The world you’re exploring is part of the evidence
My speaker brand, SEE Change Happen, Inclusion Bites and 99 Ways Not to Be a Dick developed different audiences. Connecting them gave me practical experience of using AI to build websites, searchable knowledge, approval workflows, diagnostics and measurement. While developing this world, I was on my phone, in bed—shaping ideas with AI and directing changes to the working site. My judgement was still doing the steering.
We start with your ambitions and burning bridges, then deliver something useful in steps you can handle. We agree what better looks like, establish a baseline and track movement over time. The aim is better value from your time, expertise, relationships and investment.
We can work towards a supported handover, or I can stay alongside you as your business evolves. Either way, we agree what happens next and where support comes from. I won’t leave you hanging.
What would you like AI and automation to make possible?
You don’t need a technical brief. Bring one problem, ambition or piece of work you are tired of doing by hand. Tell me what you want to be different and the pace your business can handle.
What happens next?
We’ll arrange a 30-minute video conversation about what you do now, what frustrates you and what you want to achieve. We can sketch the parts of your ecosystem and look for one useful connection. You may leave with inspiration, a possible solution or a clearer question. If there is work to do together, we agree the scope, value, pace and support before paid work starts.
