I’m Joanne Lockwood. I put AI and automation to work for SMEs and organisations—connecting your brand, knowledge and systems so useful ideas become working tools and repeated work becomes easier to manage.

I use business analysis, integration, technology and automation to turn your needs into something practical. I’m a critical friend as well as someone who builds. I help you examine the possibilities, challenge what needs challenging and turn an agreed direction into something that works. That can mean AI, connecting existing systems, simplifying a process or building a useful tool. I’m also your translator, explainer and enabler: turning business needs into workable solutions, making the choices understandable and helping your people use what we build with confidence. Marketing and commercial understanding keep the work focused on your brand, customers and outcomes.

The world you’re exploring is part of the evidence

My speaker brand, SEE Change Happen, Inclusion Bites and 99 Ways Not to Be a Dick developed different audiences. Connecting them gave me practical experience of using AI to build websites, searchable knowledge, approval workflows, diagnostics and measurement. While developing this world, I was on my phone, in bed—shaping ideas with AI and directing changes to the working site. My judgement was still doing the steering.
